SMS Use Case: Customer care, technical support updates, account notifications, and one-time passcodes (OTPs). This is not a marketing program.

To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the SMS/text messaging program offered by DYKOS Media Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from DYKOS Media Inc. at the number you provide.

Opting in to receive SMS messages is completely optional and is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from DYKOS Media Inc.

Program Description

DYKOS Media Inc. operates an SMS messaging program for customer care and support, reachable at (917) 325-8895 and +1 (888) 880-2865. Messages you may receive include:

  • One-time passcodes (OTPs) for login and two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Technical support responses and session status updates.
  • Service reminders or appointment confirmations.
  • Customer support replies and account-related notifications.

This program does not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

How to Opt In

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional. You may opt in through any of the following methods:

  • Web Form: By checking the SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default) on our signup form at https://work.340pc.com/form/signup. The checkbox reads: "I agree to receive SMS messages from DYKOS Media Inc. for customer care, account verification, and support purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
  • Verbal Opt-In: By verbally agreeing to receive SMS messages when calling us. A confirmation SMS is sent after verbal consent is recorded.
  • Inbound SMS: By texting us first at (917) 325-8895, which constitutes consent to receive our automated reply and further SMS communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your support interactions and account activity. We do not send bulk promotional messages.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for each message sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier plan. DYKOS Media Inc. is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out — STOP

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time.

Your SMS consent, including your mobile number and opt-in agreement, is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is not sold or transferred.
